Objection was heard. Representative Kerttula placed a call of the House. The Speaker stated the call was satisfied. The question being: "Shall the House rescind previous action in failing to pass CSHB 271(FIN)(efd am) on reconsideration?" Representative Anderson moved and asked unanimous consent that he be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest.
